Hello its been a very long time hasn't it

Hello it has been a very busy year for us a few years in fact which is why our blog account has not been updated but we are back onto it now.

We are still running the very popular Bread Baking Courses and they start again from 6th October following an end to our events and show season. The courses run throughout most of October and November.  We are back to Christmas events during December.

Talking of Christmas our Bread Baking Course vouchers make an ideal present for a loved one who perhaps doesn't require a materialistic present...The 5 hour courses retail at £80.00 and you receive expert tuition and guidance, with a maximum of 5 students per class, thus ensuring a close attention ratio with a relaxed teaching style.  All the breads baked are yours to take away and the lesson doesn't stop when the course ends, Loafers ensure we carry the training on via email, phone or in person, we want you to bake breads!...Fantastic breads!

Kington Christmas Food Fair

We will be at Kington Christmas Food Fair 5 December 2015 selling our pies and sausage rolls. Come along there are some great stalls and plenty of carol singing!

Baking Courses Galore

Our baking courses are well under way and are proving very popular. We run them on Saturday afternoons from 1230pm until 5pm at Bromyard shop. The course costs £80 and covers the science behind bread making.

We have received many emails and letters thanking us for a great afternoon of baking and plenty say that they learnt more in our afternoon session than  they learnt in a three day baking course, great praise indeed!

We have vouchers available to purchase for the course which would be great surprises for Birthday or Christmas presents, you can purchase them from Bromyard Shop.

We have one course date left this year on 12 December then we will resume from 16 January 2016.

Now that we have only Bromyard shop it is making our life a lot easier and of course we bake everything now from Bromyard so fresh hot bread available every morning from 830am.

We would like to wish all our customers a great Christmas and prosperous New Year.

It's been a while since our last blog but we have been busy busy busy.  We have been to Kington Show, Bromyard Folk Festival, Rye Bread Festival, in the last month (did you see my ugly mug in the Hereford Times, Sam thinks I look like a sunflower, I did say I am full of sunshine!!) with all these events we would like to thank all our customers for their support without you all we wouldn't be trading.

It is approaching a quieter month for us, (a breather at last) we will be selling Cider breads at Wye Valley Brewery Open Day on 19th October so make a date, come try lots of samples of fabulous cider, lots to keep the children entertained whilst you parents enjoy the tempting, delicious offerings of our breads.

We will be at Flavours of Herefordshire again this year selling breads and pastys on the market in front of Marks and Spencer, lets hope the weather is kind.

We plan to open our School for Baking in November so watch this space for more details, it would be a great Christmas Gift.

Thanks for reading will be in touch soon.
